THE STORY BEHIND HI-FIVE NANNIES
Hi-Five Nannies Co-Founder, Ryan Tuchman, is the managing partner of Hi-Five Sports Club, a sports and entertainment company serving families in the Chicagoland area since 1991. In 2009, Hi-Five Sports 4 Tots was created to provide programs which aid in developing gross motor skills along with age appropriate teamwork for children 18 months to 5 years old. Due to the nurturing nature of our programs, parents began asking us for help in finding a quality Nanny.
Ryan and his wife, Jennifer, had their first child in 2007. After interviewing Nannies, they found the process of finding a proper caretaker difficult and frustrating and were not satisfied with the placement agencies in the area. They were lucky enough to be introduced to "Nana" Girlie two days after the birth of their daughter and offered her a night nanny job for what was supposed to be three weeks. Nearly 3 years later, "Nana" Girlie is still a part of their family. Ryan and Jennifer quickly learned that throughout the Nanny community she is known as the "Nanny Whisperer". When other Nannies have difficulty within their jobs, "Nana" Girlie is called upon to mentor them ensuring both the Nanny and family are happy.
In 2010 Jennifer Tuchman, a licensed Private Employment Agent, decided to open Hi-Five Nannies, a nanny placement agency that not only satisfies the needs of families but also has the high standards you would expect when in comes to the happiness and welfare of your children. Hi-Five Nannies has a vast network of extensively screened, highly trained nannies who are ready to help at a moments notice.
